1. Acceptance of Terms

Each player is permitted to hold only one active x99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, x99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x99 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. x99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arise from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact x99 support immediately.

Account Verification

x99 may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method confirmation. Failure to complete verification in a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits & Payments

x99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

x99 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — x99 has no control over these and they are not reimbursed by the platform.

Only use payment methods that belong to you and are registered in your name. Depositing funds using payment accounts belonging to another person is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from x99 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. Withdrawals are paid in PKR and processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable period. VIP members at Platinum and Elite tiers receive priority processing, which typically results in faster turnaround. Specific processing times are provided in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed.
• Your real-money balance (funds not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement) can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification and minimum withdrawal amounts.
• Funds acquired through a bonus are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. These funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions have been met.
• x99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a large withdrawal as part of standard security and verification procedures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on x99 carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible games and contribution rates are always displayed with the bonus offer.

Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

These rules cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting rules and multi-bet calculations.

General Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted only when a valid balance is available in your account. Bets placed on credit are not accepted.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• x99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay between submission and acceptance to account for live data processing. Bets submitted during this delay may not be accepted if the odds have changed materially.

• Exploiting any technical error, display fault, pricing mistake or software glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair edge over other participants or x99.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.
